The Kemeco Solar Post Light is designed for hassle-free outdoor lighting, powered by the sun's energy. Before installing the product, we recommend assembling it indoors and thoroughly testing the functionality to ensure a smooth process.

When testing the lighting feature, turn on the power switch and cover the crystal sensor spot on the solar panel roof to simulate darkness. For first-time use, charge the lamp in direct sunlight with the ON/OFF switch in the OFF position for at least 24 hours. This allows the rechargeable batteries to reach their maximum capacity.

Ensure the light is placed in a location where it can receive full sunlight throughout the day. If positioned in the shade, the batteries will not charge adequately, resulting in a shorter runtime. We suggest at least 6-8 hours of charging per day for optimal performance.

Avoid placing the solar lamp near other strong night-time lighting sources, as this may cause the sensor to switch off prematurely. If the lamp will be unused for an extended period, it's best to remove the batteries.

The Kemeco Solar Post Light is suitable for flat surfaces or 3-inch poles/posts. Choose between a classic black or white finish to suit your outdoor decor. This self-contained solar lamp operates automatically from dusk to dawn.

For DIY installation, you can either place the lamp directly on a 3-inch post or fix it with the included pier base to mailboxes, decks, docks, pillars, and more. The lamp features 12 high-quality SMD LEDs, providing a warm white (3000 Kelvin) glow with a long-lasting lifespan.

The solar-powered lamp is equipped with three built-in 1.2V Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. After approximately 2.5 years, consider replacing the batteries, which are conveniently accessible.

Crafted with a vintage-inspired squared twin-frame design, the Kemeco Solar Post Light combines aluminum and clear glass materials for a durable, weather-resistant construction (IP65 rated). Regular cleaning of the solar panel roof will ensure optimal energy charging.
